Culvert Requests
City of Gulfport Culvert Policy:
A. The City of Gulfport is not responsible for financing the installation of new culvert for residents for the use of ingress/egress, drainage, or any other purpose. The owner bears the entire financial responsibility for all services in conjunction with the initial culvert installation.
B. Upon request, the City of Gulfport's Engineering Department shall determine and approve the pipe size, slope of pipe, and type of pipe material to be installed by non-commercial developments.
C. The City of Gulfport's Engineering Department shall be given a minimum one week to complete the culvert analysis.
