2010 Tuition is $55/week per child.

WHAT TO BRING TO REGISTRATION ?????
 |
Bring a copy of your child's Birth Certificate (All Parents must submit Birth Certificates regardless if prior attendance). |

If the child is not registered or does not attend a Mississippi accredited school, parents must turn in a Certificate of Immunization (Form 121) available from the Health Department Offices. |
|
Child's Social Security Number (parents do not have to present the actual card, merely supply the number on the registration form. |
|
Child' Medical/Insurance Information to supply on the registration form. |
|
Any names and numbers of authorized individuals to pick up/drop off children to and from camp. |
Other Registration Information
| Registration is not considered complete until all required documentation is received and all registration fees paid. |
| Please note that space in the Gulfport Summer Day Camp Program is limited, and early registration is recommended. Once camps are full a waiting list is established for that particular camp site. Each camp roster capacity varies in respect to location and amount of indoor/outdoor space for the program. |
2010 Tuition is $55/week per child.
Tuition is $110 per child for Two weeks. ($55/week)
Camp will take place in 4 two week sessions.
Fees will be due on the FIRST MONDAY of each 2 week session.
To ensure your child's spot, you must pay for the entire 2 week session,
regardless of the number of days your child attends or plans to attend camp.
To esnure safety and quality care in our program,
CASH WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT FOR CAMP FEES.
We will only accept checks or money orders at the
camp sites for payment of camp fees.
